As a CEO, his leadership in marketing, sales, operations and new product launches has driven success. He recruits top executive talent and creates a challenging and rewarding work environment. Mr. McCann is a graduate of Cleveland State University; he has been named EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and Top Places to Work awardee. He is a board member for many public, private, and charitable organizations.
