Mr. Donnelly has more than three decades of experience in the health care industry, working as both a consultant and a financial manager. He brings expertise in developing business plans and raising capital for start-ups and early stage entrepreneurs. His background also includes deep experience in structuring organizational systems and integrating operational activities with companies. Mr. Donnelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
